ABOUT CONSTANCE BELL

Constance Bell is a highly accomplished leader, entrepreneur, author, and community advocate dedicated to empowering individuals and families through education, legacy planning, and financial awareness. Ms. Bell has spent more than 30 years serving the Detroit community and has held various leadership positions within municipal government, demonstrating a strong record of professionalism, leadership, and community impact.

Constance is the Founder and CEO of Life Instructions, LLC, a company focused on life, legacy, and estate planning education. Through her work, she helps individuals and families organize their affairs, protect their assets, and prepare future generations through strategic planning and financial empowerment. She is also a licensed insurance broker in the State of Michigan, specializing in life insurance and Medicare solutions.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University, where she also served on the Alumni Board. Continuing her commitment to business excellence and entrepreneurship, Constance completed the Joseph Business School Entrepreneurial Program in 2024.

As an advocate for legacy preservation and family preparedness, Constance created “My Perfect Will,” a comprehensive legacy-planning resource that helps families organize essential personal, financial, and estate information. She is also the author of the faith-based inspirational book “Longing to Be on the Other Side of the Storm,” which encourages and uplifts individuals navigating life’s challenges through faith, perseverance, and hope.

Constance is a woman of deep faith and graduated from the Layperson’s Bible School at Word of Faith International Christian Center in 2012. Above all, she treasures her roles as a devoted mother, grandmother, mentor, and friend, believing that true success is measured not only by achievement but also by the lives we inspire and the legacy we leave behind.
